Phew! After a relaxing 70 minutes of cat6 on the spin bike, I can finally say I survived the week. All sixteen training sessions that is. The beautiful thing about this aching, all over, "I would steal candy from a child rather than walk to the grocery store" kind of muscle fatigue is that it means you put in a good amount of mileage and hard work that you can rely on for race day.
